Learning Disabilities At our Chichester Branch, Inter-County has an on-going LDAF (Learning Disability Awards Framework) training programme for carers wishing to work in this sector. Having developed this area of our business over the last few years, a major part of our recruitment process is now aimed towards carers who want to work with people with learning difficulties. As a result, we have a bank of experienced carers with the LDAF qualification. If you are a manager of a care home and need qualified agency staff, we can provide you with trained carers who are reliable and experienced. Our carers can offer genuine support to your permanent staff. With the number of trained carers at our agency we are able to provide you with continuity of staff, something which we consider to be essential when working with people with learning difficulties.
In addition to care homes, we also offer support work for residents with learning disabilities
who are able to live independently.
