Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (passport / birth certificate); proof of residency (utility bill / bank statement); evidence of immunisations / vaccinations; bank details; National Insurance Number; 3 passport-type photographs; copies of education / training certificates. "What is a disclosure check and how much will it cost me?" It is a requirement for all staff working with vulnerable adults to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check. This is carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau and forms part of our recruitment process. Payment for the disclosure check will be met by the applicant. "What kind of work can you offer me?" Our clients are a mix of private home care, care homes and hospitals. You can choose to work in one sector or all three. We also have opportunities for carers wishing to work with people with learning disabilities. "How often can I work?" You can work as little or as much as you like. Many of our staff work regular weekly hours; others prefer to work on an ad-hoc basis. All you need to do is let us know when you are available, we will do the rest. "What training do you offer?" All staff undertake an induction prior to commencing work. We offer a selection of additional courses and further details can be obtained by viewing our recruitment and training page. "How often do I get paid?" We pay our staff weekly and payment is made into your account by BACS transfer. The deadline for receipt of timesheets is Tuesday morning of the following week. This ensures payment into your account by Friday of that week. "Do I get paid holiday?" Yes. The holiday year runs from December 1st to November 31st. Requests for holiday pay should be made through your branch manager who will inform you of your entitlement. "Who do I ask about pay and tax queries?"
