- We aim to provide standard of care which is capable of consistently delivering a quality and reliable service at all times.
- We aim to operate the business as a proficient Nursing & Domiciliary Care Service ensuring availability to both clients and carers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- We will conform fully with all regulations and requirements relating to the operation of a Nursing Agency and Domiciliary Care Agency.
- We will provide all Clients with clear written information on the service delivery that has been requested, and the cost of each service available.
- We aim to recruit staff who are sensitive to the needs of individuals using our service and have the necessary skills and competencies required.
- We aim to ensure that members will act in such a way as to promote and safeguard the well-being and safety of the Client.
- We will provide training programmes to ensure staff awareness, understanding and ability to deliver the quality of service we seek to achieve.
- We will work in consultation with any other significant persons involved in providing physical or emotional support to the Client.
- We will ensure our complaints procedure is readily available to the Client and all other significant persons involved in their support.
- We aim to ensure that our service is of the highest quality through regular audit and monitoring.
