Caroline’s involvement with the care sector started from a very early age, as she and her five sisters grew up in one of the four nursing homes owned by her parents. Over the years Caroline worked in a variety of care settings, before setting up Inter-County Nursing & Care Services in 2002. She is passionate about delivering care to the highest of standards and believes that a person centred approach is fundamental in achieving this.
