Caroline’s involvement with the care sector started from a very early age, as she and her five sisters grew up in one of the four nursing homes owned by her parents. Caroline started her working life in a variety of care settings for over ten years, before changing her career path to step into the world of retail.
She joined a London based menswear company where she became a Senior Area Manager for London and the South East. During her eight years in retail, she developed her management and business skills but realised that she missed the rewards that came from working in the care sector. She became Regional Manager for a Doctors Deputising Service providing out of hours cover to GP Practices in North London.
After five years she was offered an Area Manager position in the Nursing & Care Agency division of the same company and it was in this role that she knew her skills and background could be put to good use. She was keen to set up her own company to develop her passion for quality care and in 2001 launched Inter-County Nursing & Care Services Ltd.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
